“10” GUIDELINES
-
Choir rehearsals are
held at least twice a month on Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. Check the website for date and place of rehearsal.

Choir members are expected to commit to
at least 12 hours of community service per year.

New members are required
to attend two consecutive rehearsals prior to singing with the choir. Missing three consecutive rehearsals requires attending
two consecutive rehearsals prior to singing in any engagements.

You are expected to
be attentive in rehearsals meaning, be respectful to the director and the other sections while the director is teaching and
reframe from talking.

If you are unable
to attend rehearsals or be present to sing at a scheduled singing engagement, please inform your section leader.

Please assemble for
prayer at least 15 minutes (6:45 P.M.) prior to rehearsals or any singing engagement.

Choir members are expected to be on time for rehearsals and engagements.

Choir members are
responsible for purchasing the attire for concerts or singing engagements unless otherwise specified by the president.

If you have a prayer
request, questions or concerns please contact your section leader or the choir president.

To become a member you must
arrange an audition date and time with the Music Director.
Membership Dues:

All choir members are being asked to pay an annual membership fee of $50.00.
This can be paid in full or $5 monthly installments for 10 months. First payment is due on the second rehearsal
night for new members.

The membership fee will be used to cover: operation cost, musicians, music/sound
equipment, transportation, up coming concerts, etc

Choir members joining after September 1, will pay a prorated amount of $25.00

Dues are due March 15th of each year
